Sangeet Kaur
Founder / Director
Sangeet is the Founder and Managing Director of Lex Conscientia. Passionate about all things law and legal related, she is an entrepreneur with an established reputation for innovation in the provision of legal services. She began her career as a legal academic holding lecturing and tutoring positions in the UK before she joined the Law Society of Singapore as a Director of Training.
There, she pioneered the design and delivery of the Society's first programme of learning and development for the legal profession in Singapore.
During her career, Sangeet has worked on the knowledge management and business development teams of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Baker & McKenzie and a well-established Corporate & Banking Singapore law firm.
As a long-time observer of legal markets, Sangeet first founded Lex Conscientia in Singapore in direct response to the need of many law firms to develop high-quality and innovative knowledge management, business development and learning and development strategies without necessarily increasing the permanent employee headcount. She then brought the business over to the United Kingdom and has been here since June 2014. Pro Lawyers ESG, is a rebranded legal recruitment offering which was launched in July 2022.

Sangeet has been an Alumni Mentor at Lancaster University's Mentoring Programme since 2016 where she mentors law students. She is passionate about regulatory and compliance issues affecting the legal profession and when not keeping her finger on the pulse of global legal happenings and law firm management trends, Sangeet enjoys her alter ego as The Secret Turophile and aims to be a cheese judge one day.
