The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Private Client Department in the firm’s Haywards Heath office at a senior level, working alongside the Head of Department and heading up the high net-worth side of the firm’s practice. You will be dealing with a broad range of private client work, including wills, probate, tax planning/wealth management, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will need to have knowledge and experience of the aspects of private client work detailed above (Court of Protection experience desirable, but not essential) and, in particular, experience of working for high net-worth clients. You must also:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with a solid academic background;
  • Have at least 7 years’ PQE;
  • Have strong business development skills; and
  • Be highly professional, dedicated and willing to commit to the firm’s continued growth and success.
In return

The firm is offering a competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
