It has offices in Sheffield and Birmingham and is looking to open regional hubs in London, Manchester and Cambridge. The firm is at the forefront of innovation in the legal services sector, having adopted a unique model that allows it to provide a flexible and easily accessible legal service to its clients, delivered by partner-level solicitors. The firm is looking to recruit a number of senior lawyers to appoint as Equity Partners to build its regional hub offices, or to be based in its Sheffield or Birmingham offices. Your background can be any of the following practice areas: Corporate, Commercial, Commercial Property, Employment, IP or Dispute Resolution, but the firm’s particular focus is on IT and technology, so experience in that field would be a bonus. The role will offer freedom, flexibility, agile working and will not involve management responsibilities. There is also no requirement to provide an up-front capital injection into the firm.About you
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Be a senior lawyer, ideally with a number of years’ experience gained at a top 50 law firm;
- Have expertise in one of the firm’s core practice areas;
- Be driven, hard-working and well-networked;
- Be based within commuting distance of one of the firm’s office locations;
- Have excellent client care and business development skills; and
- Have a proactive approach and strong commercial acumen.
The firm is offering uncapped earning potential, with a basic salary of around £65,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) plus a share of revenue generated and a share of equity in the firm.
