An opportunity has arisen for a junior Employment Solicitor to join the firm’s Employment Department, working alongside one of the firm’s founding Partners. You will handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious work on behalf of employers and employees, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination disputes, compromise agreements, TUPE matters and company handbooks.About you
To be considered for this position, you will have sound knowledge of employment law practice. You must also:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with a solid academic background;
- Have up to 2 years’ PQE;
- Be highly professional, with excellent attention to detail;
- Be personable, dynamic and ambitious and willing to commit to the firm’s continued growth and success; and
- Have wider experience of civil and commercial disputes (desirable, though not essential).
The firm is offering a competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
