Its clients range from high growthpotential start-ups to large multinational organisations.

The firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their Corporate Department to advise on all aspects of corporate work including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capitaland equity capital transactions. There will be a focus on the venture capital and private equity work. You will take responsibility for your own caseload from the outset, in addition to supporting the Partners in the team.

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE, preferably gained in the corporate department of a City or well-respected provincial law firm;
  • Have expertise in venture capital and private equity transactions;
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills; and
  • Be a team player, with a proactive approach and strong commercial acumen.

In return, the firm is offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum (plus bonus), negotiable depending on experience.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm leading innovation in the legal service sector. Excellent prospects for career progression.
